Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Design Visionary: Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.

  • User-Centered Design: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • User-Centered Design Principles: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively.
