Job Overview

As a UX Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end UX design process, from research to high-fidelity prototyping. This involves crafting user-centric experiences for diverse digital platforms, supporting direct customers, partners, and internal teams.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive UX strategies, including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Challenges You Will Solve

You will drive design as a strategic differentiator by leveraging design thinking and emerging tech to improve adoption. Additionally, you will lead deep user research across micro-personas, using behavioral insights to inform design decisions. Your expertise in building scalable UX systems that adapt to user preferences and behavior will be crucial in this role.
