  • The primary objective of this role is to cultivate a quality portfolio for the organization by pitching business loan products directly to customers via contact centers and open markets.

  • You will also be responsible for meeting with customers, negotiating, and explaining business loan products to ensure successful transactions.
  • This position involves managing pre- and post-loan disbursal activities for business loans and working towards retaining existing clients.
  • Furthermore, you will monitor and expand distribution networks, execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers, and review team performance on a regular basis.
  • Effective collaboration with support functions is essential to deliver optimal time and service standards.
  • Cultivating customer-centricity and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team are key aspects of this role.
