We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead and oversee human resources operations across multiple locations. This role requires expertise in strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Guide management and teams on best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent.
