Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in life sciences, healthcare, and business consulting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in life sciences industry, preferably in a consulting services organization
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in complex environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory systems and compliance regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of computerized system validation, risk management, and audits
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations
  • Subject matter expertise in quality management, document management, and change management
  • Lean and agile methodologies
  • Technical skills in SAP S4 HANA and other relevant tools
