Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Business Development Manager
with a strong background in
Digital Marketing Sales
, specifically in
Website Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales, building client relationships, and managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for
Website Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
services. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in digital marketing domains.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Project Management, and Delivery) to ensure seamless service execution.
- Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum
5+ years of experience
in
digital marketing sales
, specifically selling
Website Development, SEO, and Social Media
solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA
- Established network in the digital marketing or IT service space.
