Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager (BDM)
with proven experience in
influencer marketing and brand partnerships
to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing high-value accounts, and building long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and close deals with brands and agencies looking for influencer marketing solutions.
- Develop customized pitches and proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on influencer marketing trends, campaign strategies, and ROI optimization.
- Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, campaign, and influencer management teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to shape Reelax's offerings.
- Revenue Growth & Reporting
- Drive consistent revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Experience:
3–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in
influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media sales
, with at least 1+ years in a senior role. - Strong network of brand and agency connections in India (especially in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors).
- Excellent understanding of influencer marketing, campaign KPIs, and ROI-driven sales.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a target-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
