About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading the customer success, account management, and program delivery of PayZapp, ensuring OKRs are met, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

The functional responsibilities will encompass:

  • Taking complete ownership of customer success, account management, and program delivery of PayZapp
  • Owning annual and quarterly OKR planning for PayZapp with HDFC and Zeta leadership
  • Working closely with HDFC and Zeta leadership to ensure OKRs are met
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leading the strategic program management function - planning, leadership buy-in, prioritization, and program delivery management
  • Defining, measuring, and driving initiatives to achieve high customer acquisition, retention, NPS, and monetization
  • Understanding tradeoffs of schedule, scope, and quality, making decisions as needed to meet program goals
  • Taking a lead in risk/issue mitigation and escalating as necessary to maintain program velocity
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout program execution

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong first principles thinker with a research mindset and excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • An orientation towards execution and creativity in getting things done
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on documentation
  • SaaS product implementation experience
  • Multi-functional exposure across client service, account management, product management, solutioning, operations, customer support, engineering delivery management, with spikes in multiple areas
  • Achieving targets in an OKR and SLA environment with an explicit emphasis on metrics
  • The ability to adapt and work well with people and teams, and experience in getting outcomes from teams not directly reporting to you
  • Experience managing large IT/software programs both individually and with small-mid size teams, preferably in banking or fintech

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000-$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
