About the Role

At Slice, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our fintech projects. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee complex technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and success criteria, aligning with business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, including resource allocation, task breakdowns, and risk management strategies.
  • Effectively communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
  • Foster collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize potential impacts on timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance against objectives.
  • Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within fintech, providing insights and recommendations for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
