Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role demands strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills to drive business growth and employee development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
• Strong Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
• Excellent Employee Relations and Compliance knowledge
• Proven experience in developing HR strategies to support business growth
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be an added advantage
