Job Title: Senior Vice President
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Vice President at a leading Apparel manufacturing organization in Asia. With state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities, we cater to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 28 years of experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of Industrial Engineering / Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts along with robust business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all manufacturing-related activities - on-time shipments, AQL, efficiency, etc.
- Lead a team of professionals with expertise in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of IE / Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts.
- Experience in international work environments.
- Formal education in a related field.
