We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Solution Architect to join our Wealth Service Engineering team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Design, develop, and implement AEM-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent education background
  • 12+ years of over all experience with proficiency in AEM
  • Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with web application architecture and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of AEM workflows, templates, and components.
  • Experience with AEM development tools such as CRXDE and Apache Sling.
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns and best practices in AEM development.
  • Previous experience in end-to-end AEM implementations.
