Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical mindset and fluency in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting tools.
  • A creative edge and ability to turn performance insights into engaging campaign narratives.
  • Execution-focused with a passion for working in a fast-paced growth environment.
