Market Growth Strategist

The purpose of this role is to develop and execute tactical plans to create value and demonstrate field activities in support of the sales organization, health economics, healthcare providers across hospitals and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a commercial team supporting the achievement of sales targets, responsible for executing activities to ensure uptake and access to technologies in all allocated accounts.
  • This includes reassessing current reimbursement pathways for private and public hospitals.
  • The work will be carried out in collaboration with the commercial team and other departments (market access, HEOR, marketing, medical marketing).
  • This role reports to the Country Manager, requiring regular alignment with the CM, his sales team, and distributor personnel in the field to secure successful access for technologies.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, market access, and commercial operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
