Job Opportunity:

The Senior Vice President of Transformation will lead a comprehensive transformation strategy across the Property & Casualty insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

This role will drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption, while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders including Solutions, Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with global experience and a proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact transformation programs.

  • Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Office Leadership
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains
  • Re-engineer inefficient processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) across regions
  • Build a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets
  • Identify and scale AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire and advanced analytics tools
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems
