Cloud Architect Lead

This role is about leading the transformation of an organization's cloud strategy. It requires vision, collaboration and a deep understanding of cloud technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing large-scale Azure solutions that are scalable, secure and resilient.
  • Evaluating the current infrastructure and applications to determine the optimal cloud architecture.
  • Developing and executing cloud migration strategies with minimal operational disruption.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify optimal cloud solutions and designing cloud-based systems.
  • Developing Self-Service APIs, CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform Code for Infrastructure as a Code.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 20+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years architecting and deploying large-scale Azure solutions.
  • A good understanding of cloud computing principles and Azure services.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust and OAuth.
Preferred Qualifications

It would be beneficial if you also have:

  • Azure Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Devops Engineer Expert.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps workflows and progressive delivery strategies.
  • Understanding of networking principles and Microsoft Active Directory.
