About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Implementation Consultant to join our team in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading consulting firm and leverage your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions, including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll.
  • Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation, from Discovery to Go-live and Post Go-Live, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements, document them, and validate client functional requirements, mapping them to Dayforce functionality and customizing the solution accordingly.
  • Configure the Dayforce system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules.
  • Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolutions.
  • Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce features, updates, and best practices.
  • Train client staff to capably perform day-to-day activities.
  • Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
  • Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share them internally and with Ceridian.
  • Complete new release training as needed and be an expert on Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Working Environment:

This role offers a remote working arrangement with flexible working hours, including night shifts.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Education: B.Tech/MCA/MBA in IT from an accredited university, required.
  • Experience: Four (4) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required. Three (3) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required. Two (2) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
    • Prior work experience working with US-based clients.
    • Client-facing consulting experience.

License(s)/Certification(s):

Ceridian Dayforce certification is preferred.

Software Experience:

Experience with one or more of the following Ceridian Dayforce solutions is required: Talent Intelligence, Human Resources (HR), Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM), Advanced HR Analytics, and Payroll.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
