Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven supply chain professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Process Excellence Lead, you will proactively manage supply chain operations with a mindset for process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal standards ensuring operational procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing reducing supply chain costs.
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as lead time, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Operations or Business Administration.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
