**Job Overview**

The Role of Site Manex Manager is crucial for driving Manufacturing Excellence across the site.

This position oversees process improvement, waste reduction, efficiency optimization, and excellence problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop and implement the site-wide Manufacturing Excellence master plan for packaging hall and departmental levels.

2. As a member of the site leadership team, set objectives and priorities, and lead change management processes for departments.

3. Align all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating departments to work together in Manufacturing Excellence deployment.

4. Lead and support departments in implementing MMS practices to meet their broad plans.

5. Coach managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through Manufacturing Excellence practices as part of the site steering committee and implementation task forces.

**Requirements**

- A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with an MS or MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing and Process Improvement.

**People Management**

1. Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop teams against role capabilities.

2. Ensure effective implementation of Manufacturing Excellence training and development programs by aligning site/line management.

3. Coordinate Manufacturing Excellence TOT and evaluation programs to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with Capability programs.

**Focused Improvement**

1. Provide loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.

2. Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.

3. Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.

**Team Meetings and Communications**

1. Implement weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of the Manufacturing Excellence journey.

2. Support Task Forces and Shift-Based teams in their deployment of Manufacturing Excellence through regular meetings and communication of activities.
