Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of a standardized manufacturing framework across multiple Indian sites.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop new support materials based on revised processes, including training, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Risk monitoring and proactive identification of potential problems.
  • Ensuring the business impact and project objectives are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Establishment of a program, delivery of coaching, and execution of projects across sites, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiency KPIs in manufacturing facilities.
  • Implementation of lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence.
  • Ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
  • Support for plant teams in benchmarking, solutions, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead service improvement/workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
