The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of our growing Operations team. As a People Operations Intern, you will ensure that our people-first culture translates into everyday operations by providing exceptional support and administrative services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences to make joiners feel right at home.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, from exit letters and documentation to collecting feedback, ensuring a respectful and smooth transition.
  • Policy Support: Help draft, update, and communicate policies in line with our async-friendly and side-gig-friendly culture.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins to ensure culture is lived, not just written.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit-ready.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback to continuously improve processes.
