Job Title: Operational Excellence Lead

The Operational Excellence Lead will be responsible for driving the implementation of best practices and lean principles across the organization, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and productivity.

  • Develop and implement site-wide strategies to drive operational excellence, focusing on waste reduction, process improvements, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy ManEx training programs, ensuring effective skill development and knowledge transfer.
  • Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead change management initiatives, communicating vision and expectations to stakeholders and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Support the development of people through coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback, ensuring team members are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, promote knowledge sharing, and facilitate idea generation and innovation.

  • Site ManEx deployment progress
  • Employee engagement and participation in ManEx training
  • Process improvements and waste reduction
  • Operational performance metrics (e.g., OEE, TTM)
