About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion across primary and secondary sales channels. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who can develop and execute effective business strategies, build strong relationships with category managers, and contribute to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to drive month-on-month growth across sales channels.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including billing, PO management, and payment reconciliation.
- Work closely with category teams to identify opportunities for growth, increase visibility, and negotiate strategic tie-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, billing accuracy, and seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management / E-commerce / Marketplace Sales.
- Industry preference: Automotive, Auto-Accessories, or Consumer Durables. Candidates from other consumer-facing industries with strong marketplace experience will also be considered.
