Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Lead to join our team at Trust Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic alliances with key partners to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and onboarding, with experience working in the mutual fund industry. You will work closely with our investments team to develop new product ideas and strategies to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with distributors' central teams to get products onboarded on their platforms
  • Work closely with investments to develop product strategies and drive sales
  • Strategize campaigns for partners to drive sales efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-10 years of relevant experience in sales support and onboarding in Mutual Funds
  • Strong network of contacts in the industry
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Bonus structure: Performance-based bonus up to 20% of annual salary
