Salesforce Delivery Expert

Job Overview
\We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to spearhead our Salesforce delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 17 years of experience in IT/CRM, with at least 5 years as a Delivery Leader or PDL in Salesforce.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Manage the delivery of complex and large Salesforce programs/accounts with significant scale and revenue.\
- Foster collaboration with customer/internal stakeholders to prevent schedule/cost overruns and implement best delivery practices.
\- Drive growth through forecasting and fulfillment for accounts from confirmed opportunities and pipeline.
\- Deliver value-added services and solutions to customers aligned with Wipro's offerings.
\- Ensure alignment of delivery operational parameters to organization norms.
\- Understand customer vision and proactively build solutions for sustained growth.
\- Contribute to delivery-led growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within accounts.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Total experience of 17+ years in Salesforce/CRM space with at least 5+ years as a Delivery leader/PDL.
\- Expertise in Salesforce Implementation, Rollout and AMS programs.
\- Strong knowledge of Estimation techniques, Quality parameters, Client Centricity, Execution Excellence, Collaborative Working, and Nurturing People.
