Job Title:

Salesforce Configuration Expert

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce configuration expert to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder. Strong knowledge of data imports, updates, and ensuring data quality using Data Loader or similar tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder.
  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Perform data imports, updates, and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
  • Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Proficient in building Reports and Dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
