Salesforce Cloud Consultant

Are you a skilled Salesforce professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for delivering scalable solutions and exceeding client expectations?

As a Salesforce Cloud Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert guidance on Service Cloud implementations and API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features (case management, knowledge base, Omni-channel routing, service console)
  • Work with APIs (preferably Metadata API) for integrations and automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure best practices in Salesforce development
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and support production environments
  • Participate in solution design workshops and provide technical documentation

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years of Salesforce development/consulting experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Strong experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) Metadata API preferred
  • Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, workflows, and Lightning components
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
