Salesforce Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Professional to oversee delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of high-quality solutions for clients. This individual will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with them to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery and migration
- Support hiring initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs
- Proven track record of delivering results for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price, etc.
- Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders
