Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead our Salesforce delivery operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of large and complex Salesforce programs with global client footprints.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful execution across development, implementation, support, and maintenance phases. You will establish and enforce delivery frameworks, governance models, SLAs, and quality assurance standards to ensure seamless service delivery.

In addition, you will lead delivery operations for engagements sized 800+ FTEs and drive strategic alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.

You will also provide leadership to large cross-functional Salesforce teams across multiple geographies, mentor and grow the Salesforce delivery talent pool, and oversee workforce planning, hiring, and upskilling.

Furthermore, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities for account mining, digital transformation, and cross-sell/up-sell within existing accounts, and collaborate with sales and business development teams to expand the Salesforce practice footprint.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and experience in managing large-scale Salesforce programs with global delivery models.
