Job Title: Salesforce Delivery Head

A highly skilled professional sought after to lead the delivery of multiple Salesforce accounts. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing large and complex programs, with a proven track record of success in customer relationship management and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage delivery of multiple Salesforce accounts, ensuring timely and profitable growth.
• Conduct regular delivery cadence with customers and internal stakeholders to prevent cost overruns and implement best practices.
• Drive forecasting and fulfillment for accounts from confirmed opportunities and pipeline.
• Enable value-added services and solutions to customers in line with Wipro's offerings.
• Proactively build solutions to manage sustained growth and align with client partners to deliver winning solutions.

Required Skills
• Total experience of 15 years in Salesforce CRM space with at least 5 years as a delivery leader CDH.
• Experience in Salesforce Implementation, Rollout, and AMS programs with different SDLCs and engagement levels.
• Knowledge of Estimation techniques, Quality parameters, Client Centricity, Execution Excellence, Collaborative Working, Nurturing People, Passion for Results, Strategic Perspective, Stakeholder Management, and Managing Complexity.
