Job Summary

A Salesforce Technical Solutions Expert is required to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. They oversee the assignment of work tasks, engage team members in their responsibilities, and maintain high standards of work quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team decisions and facilitate smooth operations
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture
  • Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes
  • Experience with Salesforce platform features and functionalities
  • Ability to design and implement scalable architecture solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required. A 15-year full-time education is also necessary. This role is based at our Bengaluru office.
