Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals in delivering innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.

  • Lead Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
  • Data Cloud Expertise: Design and implement real-time data ingestion, identity resolution, and data unification strategies within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Solution Design Integration: Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with CRM, Marketing Cloud, and third-party systems using APIs and ETL tools.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups, breaking down complex requirements into actionable development tasks and tracking/reporting on development progress and risks.
  • Mentorship Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with 2 years in a technical lead role.
