Role : Salesforce Technical/Solutions Architect

Exp : 12-15 years

Location : Mumbai/Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, guiding project teams and mentoring junior architects and developers.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to define and refine business and technical requirements.

- Design and oversee the implementation of complex integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration patterns.

- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to architectural standards.

- Maintain a deep understanding of FSC's data model, features, and capabilities, advising on both out-of-the-box solutions and custom development.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 5 years in a Technical or Solutions Architect role.

- Mandatory and significant experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations for at least 2 projects.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing/visibility models.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Financial Service Cloud and/or System Architect certifications are highly preferred.
