About Company It is a global consulting service and systems integrator that operates in over 90 countries delivering solutions with a unique blend of digital innovation and robust industry-strong processes With our promise to help our customers scale at speed we design future state solutions for industry leaders and offer innovative digital experiences that enable them to transform and scale at speed Our aim is to enable enterprises associates and society to Rise for a more equal world future readiness and value creation We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and delivering scalable high-quality Salesforce solutions The ideal candidate will have 10 years of IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce development security and performance optimization Key Responsibilities Solution Design Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT standards Salesforce Development Design develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components LWC Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages and flows Integration Lead and design Salesforce integrations with external systems REST SOAP etc and internal applications ensuring data consistency and security Performance Optimization Utilize Salesforce Lightning security and performance features to ensure the system is robust secure and scalable Security Compliance Implement and ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices including profiles roles sharing rules encryption and data security Business Process Automation Leverage flows process builder and other declarative tools to automate complex business processes Team Leadership Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins on best practices development standards and technical challenges Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements propose solutions and ensure alignment with business goals System Maintenance Documentation Ensure system stability through regular maintenance troubleshooting and comprehensive documentation of all architecture and code Required Skills and Qualifications 10 years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce development and architecture 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components LWC Apex Visualforce and Salesforce Flows Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning security and performance optimization features Expertise in Salesforce platform customization including declarative development security and automation tools Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs Solid experience with Salesforce governance including managing sandbox environments and release management Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsJob Role Salesforce Solution ArchitectJob Type Full TimeWork Mode Work from OfficeShift Timing Australian ShiftExperience 10 Years to 15 YearsCTC Range 35LPA to 45LPALocation BangaloreNotice Period Immediate to 30 Days Serving Notice
