Manager of Workforce Planning and Acquisition

We are seeking a Manager of Workforce Planning and Acquisition to develop and implement strategies that drive talent acquisition and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements workforce planning strategies that meet business needs.
  • Leads the recruitment process for key positions, including developing job descriptions, advertising jobs, and screening candidates.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruiting processes.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Provides coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
