Business Development Opportunity
">Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winning projects via Upwork and exceptional leadership skills.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure digital marketing projects on Upwork
- Develop compelling proposals and digital strategies for client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns
- Coach and mentor junior business development executives to improve performance and skills
- Establish monthly targets for the team and monitor progress using KPIs
- Conduct regular training sessions on Upwork bidding strategies and client communication
- Meet and exceed business development goals
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing business development via Upwork, proven success in securing and managing SEO, PPC, SMM, and content marketing projects, prior experience in team leadership and performance management, strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools, and excellent client communication and project coordination skills.
