Job Description

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support our HR department in managing daily operations, including performance management, compensation & benefits and compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR operations, including performance management, compensation & benefits and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with HR leadership and various departments to foster a positive work environment, support employee development, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of experience in HRBP role.
  • Expertise in People & Org Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Unit HR and Change Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including tactful handling of stakeholders, addressing queries promptly, and ensuring balance between deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work with cutting-edge technologies and ensure appropriate implementation of change management strategies.
