HR Business Partner Role

To support the HR function by managing daily operational activities, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

  • Role: HR Business Partner
  • Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Pune
  • Experience: 4-10 years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment
Responsibilities:

To assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Implement strategic HR interventions to enhance organizational performance.
  • Work closely with HR leadership and various departments to foster a positive work environment and support employee development.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Expertise:

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the following areas:

  • People & Org Performance: Should implement strategic OD interventions to drive business results.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Should draft policies and SOPs under the guidance of C&B-Lead/Head.
  • Unit HR: To implement People Relations activities as per design in the areas of Employee Communication, Employee Relations, Employee Motivation, Employee Engagement, Grievance Redressal, Performance Management, Operational Support, Employee Induction, and Data Analysis.
  • Change Management: Should implement strategies for adoption of changing philosophies, frameworks, and practices through effective change management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Should tactfully handle stakeholders, including employees and delivery leadership.
