About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the media and entertainment financing space. This is a unique opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and family offices to provide financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment preferences, risk appetite, and financial goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Promote Better Invest's financing solutions, focusing on invoice discounting opportunities within the media and entertainment industry.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a focus on HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
- Prior experience in alternative investments, private banking, or wealth management is preferred.
- Extensive network of HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and private wealth managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to articulate complex financial products clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $220,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and stock options.
