Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at J L Morison in Chennai. The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum.
In this challenging position, you will be responsible for managing sales operations across various channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, and ecommerce. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing area sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Executing annual sales plans for the region, focusing on market share, customer acquisition, and channel development
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and achievement reports
- Preparing sales plans, setting goals, and managing targets on a monthly and SKU-wise basis
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of sales processes, channel development, and marketing strategies. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Additionally, prior experience in the FMCG industry would be beneficial.
