Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Brand Concepts Limited.

About the Role

This position involves appointing new distributors, expanding market share in allocated territories, and meeting with franchisees and dealers to address concerns related to products, customers, or sales staff. You will be responsible for conducting market mapping to implement marketing activities across all channels, reviewing dealer/distribution sales against monthly targets, and developing promotion and product launch plans for successful execution.

In addition, you will prepare sales analysis and market analysis reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. If you have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in dealer-distribution and retail sales management, preferably in the luggage division. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a successful track record of managing multiple sales doors operations. Strong experience in using advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also essential.

Benefits
