Sales Role Overview

At Straumann Group, we are looking for a skilled Executive Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while building strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Represent Straumann Group's products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including sales performance metrics and customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
  • Medical Device Industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
