Sales Specialist

Maersk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth for a small customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert-level advice on logistics products, solutions, pricing, and terminology.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory and identify new business contacts.
- Offer consultative recommendations to clients to drive long-term strategic value for Maersk.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage multiple objectives and priorities while maintaining a high level of stakeholder management.
- 3-5 years of experience in the ocean and logistics industry.
- Industry experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning opportunities.
- Strong presence of mind and ability to communicate, present, and consult with decision-makers.
- Performance-driven strategic thinking with short and long-term planning skills.
- Strong time management and stakeholder management skills.
