- Your target will be to meet assigned sales targets and boost profitability through our Agency Channel.
- To stay ahead, you must provide regular updates to agents on product enhancements and market trends.
- Regular performance reviews and assessments of channel partners are essential to gauge progress and make necessary adjustments.
**Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in sales, preferably in the Agency Channel.
- You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with agents and stakeholders.
- This role demands a self-motivated and target-driven individual who can consistently deliver results.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
