Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities to generate revenue and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients through online channels, networking, and industry events, and build a pipeline of qualified leads for business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients by pitching services/products, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective business development strategies, stay updated on market trends, and identify new opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets, working closely with finance and legal teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and results to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
