Diligent, the global leader in modern governance, is seeking a talented professional to join its Customer Success and Services teams as a Services Team Lead. This individual will play a key role in leading and supporting the Service Desk, as well as driving strategy for the team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and support to the Advisory Services Data Migration team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Solution Engineering to provide effort estimates for sales opportunities and develop project plans based on project priorities and resource availability.
- Manage Project Delivery: Execute projects, allocate tasks to team members, and coordinate with project managers and customer success managers to ensure smooth project completion.
- Monitor Progress and Quality: Review project deliverables on time, ensure quality, and develop metrics and reports on team performance and utilization.
- Facilitate Career Growth: Develop career progression paths and development plans for team members, and enable collaboration across the team through various engagement activities and workshops.
- Manage Client Relationships: Manage all client escalations and queries, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Leadership Experience: Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a SaaS environment, and prior people management experience is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- Technical Skills: Experience with enterprise application platforms such as CRM, ERP, or GRC, and good working knowledge of Excel.
