Customer Service Team Manager

At Futé Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Manager to oversee our customer service process. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Service Process: Develop and implement effective customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance surveys with customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Plan and implement training programs to standardize service delivery and enhance product knowledge.
- Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to lead a team and possess excellent leadership skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques are desirable.
