At Futé Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Manager to oversee our customer service process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Service Process: Develop and implement effective customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance surveys with customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Plan and implement training programs to standardize service delivery and enhance product knowledge.
  • Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills in English and Hindi.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to lead a team and possess excellent leadership skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques are desirable.
