
Drive Business Growth as a Product Leader

Fulfill the annual financial growth target for our 5G/LTE-A product line in your region. Provide accurate information related to competitive analysis and ensure the product definition is highly efficient, maintaining a leading market position based on thorough market analysis.
Collaborate with local sales teams to guarantee that our products are the best fit for the market; support sales managers in acquiring key customers and projects aligned with the product line.
Support existing customers, actively pursue new accounts in partnership with local sales teams.
Provide regular training for BD, sales teams, and distributors.
Support local industry events by promoting suitable products and solutions.
Enhance our reputation and conduct market surveys during these events.
We require a Bachelor of EE, computer science, or communications engineering degree, with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
Fluent English is required; multilingualism is preferred, Mandarin speaking is also preferred.
MS Office, Tableau skills are preferred.
Business travel is required and may occupy up to 50% of your working hours.
A system/device level working background is necessary to better understand market/customer demand.
