Job Title: Divisional Growth Leader

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive divisional growth and optimize business outcomes. They will have ownership traits to lead, grow, and manage the business of this division.

Key responsibilities include spearheading the development of new products within the Transaction Tax division, managing client relationships to ensure seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA/ LLB with experience in rendering M&A Tax/ Direct tax/Corporate Tax Advisory Services at reputable consulting firms or law firms.
  • Strong networking and business development skills, including actively leveraging social media platforms to represent the firm and promote thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication, personality, and presentation skills, especially related to client interactions.
  • Proven record in delivering excellence, developing strong teams, leveraging technology, and growing divisions.
  • Sound commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills.
