This role is a key opportunity to lead financial growth, compliance, and strategy in a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional responsible for overseeing all financial functions, managing banking relationships, handling treasury, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control: Lead the accounting function, including quarterly and annual accounts, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and direct/indirect tax laws. Manage interactions with statutory and internal auditors.
  • Banking and Finance: Develop and manage banking relationships, possessing knowledge of various lending types, including project finance and working capital assessment. Lead negotiations with banks and other lenders.
  • Treasury and Funds Management: Oversee Foreign Exchange and Treasury management.
  • Planning and Reporting: Lead budgetary planning and controls, design a robust MIS (Management Information System), and provide reporting to stakeholders. Experience in conducting Board meetings is an advantage.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure reasonable understanding of corporate laws and labor laws to maintain compliance. Resolve issues by interacting with agencies, consultants, and legal advisors.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring smooth interaction and coordination with other departmental functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a senior finance leader, preferably in a growth-oriented organization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven ability in banking relationship management, project finance, and treasury management.
  • Expertise in budgetary planning, MIS design, and reporting.
  • Experience with IPO management or working in a listed company is highly desirable.
